In 2024, HerUpland is taking its regional events to the next level by introducing a dynamic and collaborative approach. We’re excited to have two Regional CoordinatHers working hand in hand in each region, pooling their energy and ideas to create even more remarkable experiences.
Our dual-coordinator model is all about synergy. Together, you and your fellow Regional CoordinatHer will complement each other’s strengths, enhance creativity, and double the impact of HerUpland in your region. Your shared passion for adventure and community building will be the driving force behind your success.

Role Overview
HerUpland Regional CoordinatHers are the heartbeat of our organization, responsible for bringing the HerUpland spirit to life year-round in their respective communities. These dedicated individuals are passionate about adventure, community building, and creating lasting memories. As a Regional CoordinatHer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating HerUpland events, ensuring that the HerUpland ethos is deeply embedded in the fabric of your region.
Key Responsibilities

Event Planning: The Regional CoordinatHer agrees to plan and implement a minimum of three (3) #GetAfterIT events per year. These events include Bird Dogs and Brews, Slay Clays All Day, Bitches with Bird Dogs Training Days, and Public and Private land service projects. These events will be decided in advance and in conjunction with the regional goals and team strengths/interests.

Community Engagement: Building and nurturing a strong local HerUpland community is at the heart of this role. You’ll foster connections, build relationships, and engage with HerUpland enthusiasts to create a vibrant network of adventurers.

Event Facilitation: On event days, you’ll be the point person, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will guarantee that participants have an incredible experience.

Goal Achievement: As a Regional Coordinator, you will set ambitious goals for your region, with the aim of bringing at least three HerUpland events to fruition each year. Your dedication and commitment will play a pivotal role in achieving these milestones
Qualifications
- Passion for upland adventure, wingshooting, and bird dog training
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiasm for community building and connecting people.
- Previous event planning experience is a plus.
- Previous attendance to a HerUpland event, also a plus!
